Nice, competent employee, curry special, fast, hot, delicious ... Cool selection of sauces ....

The prices were bad for the food quality. Honestly the currywurst from aldi is better. The staff (the blonde haired woman, who mainly works on the till) was just plain rude and unwelcoming. First i couldnt hear her and asked her to repeat what she said, this annoyed her! Then she cooks the sausage but does'nt cook the chips so we had to wait even longer( the other girl apologised for this). We left but i had to go back because she didnt give us a fork, nobody was there! When she finally came she just had bad attitude and spoke to me with a bad tone in her voice. 1 star just so im abke to write the review.

My husband and I wanted to eat and order there today at 2:25 pm. No customer was there and apparently neither were staff. We stood there for almost 5 minutes and clearly called hello to us several times. It's a shame ... but if you don't want to sell anything ... then don't. Are then next door to Burger King

Had ordered a chilli burger and got a cheeseburger, when I kindly pointed this out to the young lady, I got the answer. Yes, unfortunately I didn't have any more jalapeños but the sauce would be chilli. So now I've paid for something that was cheaper than what I paid for. It's a shame I'll never go there again. Deceit and cheek

Three stars because price value was not very good. The burgers were pretty good. Not great. Not bad either. But they were relatively small and a "menu" of burger, Pommes, and drink for 10+€ seemed less than the value received. There were 2 employees, but one did almost all the work, so that also did not make service fast. We got both Süßkartoffel and normal Pommes, and the sweet ones were definitely better.

The fries with mayo were delicious and the burger was good, especially the cheese and the brioche bun. Unfortunately the service ladies were a bit disorganized and overwhelmed and the fries were there for a long time until the burger was ready. In addition, the seating is quite tight.

We are full, but nothing more. We bought the cheeseburger menu for € 10 today. While the citizen looked very lush in the picture, he looked rather dreary on the plate. A tomato, some cheese and that's almost it. The citizen is actually held together in the middle by a wooden stick. We noticed that this is completely unnecessary because, as I said, there is not that much on the burger. The burger bread was unfortunately not toasted, much more soft and bland which was a shame. The seating area, which incidentally does not do justice to the corona measures, was also very poor. Something nice were the fries, which seemed very fresh, as was the burger meat. The free sauces are also very nice. If you open a restaurant next to Burgerking, you should definitely focus on quality rather than quantity. Good approaches, but there is room for improvement. Mention maybe again that you can choose several sauces, that would be easier to understand, the service was nice, by the way. Oh yes, but please polish cutlery :)

Food takes too long, I waited 30 minutes for sweet potato fries even though there were only 2 orders before me, not bad in terms of taste

Very unfriendly, the food took way too long (only had french fries, currywurst and hot dog) and unfortunately it didn't taste good either. Was take away and the hot dog was clapped rather than occupied. What a shame ... 😒😒😒

If you want to feel really unwanted and want to eat cold fries with it, I can only recommend the French fries friends! The extremely unfriendly waitress called out to us from afar, saying that there was only chips to take away. Completely okay for us, but the waitress made such a headache that we suspect that she wanted to get rid of us. The fries were slapped in the bag and were cold. Absolutely not to be recommended!

Catastrophe! I would prefer not to give any stars, unfortunately this option doesn't exist. Rarely seen such a bad and unfocused staff, in addition to that, an attitude "not in the mood for my work" was written on their faces. With such a staff, I don't think I have to go into the really bad food anymore. While I was eating there, 4 people wanted to cancel and get their money back. I do not recommend this shed to anyone!

The food was not really tasty, the meatballs tasted very much like inferior meat and also looked as if they were made from leftover meat. Cleanliness or hygiene in the kitchen is apparently not there either because everyone who ate something from this shop did not get the food well

This is now my experience that I was able to make today on July 15th, 2020 in the Pommes Freunde Elbe shopping center. The on-site staff is not the nice one next door. I ordered and paid for a menu to take away, then the employees asked me to store my data using the QR code, when I asked how I had to store my data, the employees said "they can go to the center somewhere sit down and eat ". I did not agree with the testimony of the employees and would like to cancel my order and have my money back, because the employees will instruct you, only after instruction will I get my money again. Data protection is different

Food is great, but the service number 7 (according to the receipt) was super unfriendly, was annoying and did not believe me and my partner that we come from a household! We were assumed that we were lying and she then said very unkindly "yes, then I will let it go through once" and then stared at me with an evil eye! I don't think it's okay and spoiled my food!

Great service, quick service, friendly staff and the food was just super good! At any time again you can only recommend it!

That is now my experience that I was able to make today on July 6th, 2020 in the Elbe shopping center Pommesfreunde. The on-site staff is not the nice one next door. I wouldn't want to eat there anymore. The same employee didn't bake my citizen through, so the other half wasn't through. So to say for me, it's not edible. Who doesn't eat anymore? It was my first time there and already a bad experience.

Great concept, interesting combinations and very delicious food. The staff could be a bit friendlier but it is quite a bit what only two of them have to do.

We were there on July 3rd and it was delicious. The BBQ bacon burger tasted delicious. When we didn't know which sauce we wanted with the fries, the young man gave a taste of all the sauces. Super friendly and helpful. We would like to come again.

It was delicious and better than Peter Pane. It also only cost half. In any case, gladly again!

Friendly service, delicious food (I had the BBQ burger and fries). Food was prepared in a timely manner. I can not understand the negative reviews. Keep it up.

Unfortunately completely inedible. Totally rude staff. And it didn't look really clean either :(

The currywurst is too small. The fries were too salty (and I'm not sensitive) and especially too pale. But everything is a little more expensive. Boss (so I type) is important with sunglasses on the side. Team doesn't seem like they opened yesterday.
